Delivery Terms (United Kingdom & Northern Ireland)

We ship all of our orders placed with our trusted shipping partners DHL, Parcelforce and Royal Mail depending on your location and shipment size/type.

We offer our shipping service to the whole of the UK Mainland , we are also happy to ship orders to UK Islands & Northern Ireland for a small surcharge of £4.50 per order excluding frozen products.

All dry product orders placed before 1pm on weekdays (excluding holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

For Frozen product orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday we will also dispatch same day (excluding holidays) We will NOT ship any frozen orders on a Friday due to the nature of the product, any orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding holidays)

Dry Food & Accessory Orders

For an order with only dry products we offer a flat rate cost of £4.50 per order unless the order value is £19+ where FREE SHIPPING is automatically activated.

Frozen Food Orders

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all frozen orders with a value of £19+ along with the package being filled atleast 80%.

All frozen packages must be atleast 80% filled, this is to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

For an order with only Frozen products below this value/packaged filled a charge of £10.00 will be applied to your total bill.

For an order with Frozen products the shipping costs are £10.00 for each package that is not filled to at least 80%. The filling level of a shipping package is displayed immediately after adding an item to the shopping cart. Each shipping package after the first package must also be filled at least 80% to ensure the self-cooling effect. The first package must be filled to 80% in order to be able to trigger the dispatch at all.

Frozen goods are only shipped on weekdays from Monday to Thursday. If a national holiday fall on one of these working days, the delivery date may be delayed by ourselves so that additional storage time at DHL is avoided or shortened. To package our frozen shipments we use a foil lined box along with dry ice to help maintain a low temperature during transportation. Dry ice can be dangerous if handheld incorrectly, we advise you wear protective gloves at all times when handling dry ice this is to ensure your safety. If your skin does come into contact with the dry ice then please seek professional medical help immediately, Fresco Dog Foods UK Limited does not accept responsibility for any harm or damaged caused by the dry ice we include in our packages.

Alternatively, you can have your order sent to your workplace or to a different address.
Please note that the first delivery attempt must be successful to ensure liability.
After the goods have left our warehouse, DHL will automatically send a tracking number to the given email address. You can use this number to track the status of the parcel delivery service.
Thawing is unobjectionable and does not represent a loss of quality. Both are neither entitled to the return nor to the recovery of the purchase price. You can safely refreeze frozen food that is no longer completely frozen and feed it later. We comply with the obligations of the Packaging Ordinance. A responsible disposal company was commissioned by us for this purpose.
