Conditions of participation

By participating in any of our Fresco Dog Food UK Ltd competitions, the user declares his or her consent to the conditions of participation.

Participation requirements

All legally competent persons with a minimum age of 18 years can participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

By participating, the participant agrees that his / her submitted image and profile name will be published in the event of a win and used by Fresco Dog UK for commercial purposes.

Participation is only possible within the period specified in the description of the competition and is free of charge.

Competition associations and automated competition services are not eligible to participate.

The judges' decision is final. The winners agree that a photo with the winners will be published on the website as well as on Facebook and Instagram.

Liability

Claims for damages against the organizer in the connection with the competition are excluded - within the legally permissible - regardless of the legal reason, unless the organizer has intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations.

Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damage resulting from impairment on the availability of the competition website in the event of technical faults and force majeure that cannot be influenced, as well as attacks by third parties against the competition website.

However, the organizer will do everything possible to ensure the reliability and functionality of the competition website.
