FRESCO Mini Chicken Training Bones
are mini bone-shaped pieces of 100% Real Chicken Meat, making this the perfect reward for your dog. We finely mince fresh chicken meat, shape into handy mini bone shapes, add a touch of natural vegetable glycerin to keep them semi-moist and air-dry to perfection. The end result is the ultimate dog training treat which boasts both single protein ingredients, without the use of any nasty ingredients.

Training Tip: Due to their small perfectly uniformed size, our Mini Training Bones work great as a reward during a scavenger hunt in the garden or around the home. Place a few pieces around separate locations and let your dog "sniff them out" & "hunt them down" just like they would in the wild.

Very high fat

I have a 10kg dog and I've been using the fresco treats for a while because I'm giving my dog lots of treats for training and the brand I was originally using, Jr, are more expensive and cannot be broken smaller easily. These are much easier to break (I've bought chicken, turkey, duck and rabbit ones so far as these are safe proteins for my dog) and a bit less of a choking hazard through still quite hard.
Well I took a long time looking for a natural alternative and have been really pleased with fresco training treats. Until my dog was puking all day and I realised the fat content in the treats sometimes exceed 20%! My girl has had pancreas issues before and we think she has another attack due to the high fat on an empty stomach.
I guess I'm just wondering why the treats are so high fat and if the recipe could be changed to use lower fat meat?

My Frenchie finds them very tasty and they are a great size but can also be broken into smaller pieces if needed

Dog loves these

These little training bones are great. My dog recalls for them beautifully, and as an added bonus they don’t crumble in my coat pocket!
